Informatics is a central business unit that creates an information technology leading edge for Macquarie University.Responsibility and Skills: - Provide first level IT support on multiple systems for over 40,000 staff and student of Macquarie University by phone, online ticketing system and in person as needed to minimize downtime. - Provide first level Desktop support which includes installation and troubleshooting of software provided from Macquarie University to student and staff. - Provide first level Network support which includes connecting and troubleshooting student and staff to the Macquarie University Network. - Create, maintain and disable multiple online accounts which include creating staff accounts for Contractors, Computer login accounts for staff members, Google Group Accounts and Generic Email Accounts using such systems as NEEIS, Novel, Google Domain Manager, AD and ADSI. - Maintenance of staff and staff accounts within AD access to staff member to access second level systems such the Finance Foresight system. - Create, update and achieve all IT systems support by the Helpdesk onto a web base Wiki database. - Ability to work with a diverse team in multiple location to solve IT incidents within Macquarie University. - Understanding of ticketing system to manage IT and non IT relate request/incidents. - Ordering of products such as iPads for staff member, installation of software required and quick training on how to use the product. - High level of customer service skill.

A three month contract with Macquarie International to archive student files. The process included high level data entry, cataloging and organization all hard copy to be sent offsite.

Responsibilities and Skills: - Project Management of a small team of 5 in which we were asked to design, test and handover a testing software for Cochlear implants to replace their current testing software. - Create and update of project documents, such as: Project Plan, SRS, Risk Register, Change Register, Quality Register, Design Document and Software Test Document. - Analyse, Design, Test (Black Box and White Box testing) and hand over of the project within an Agile environment. - First line of contact between Cochlear and team members, including conducting meetings after each Agile spring, and weekly progression reports.
