• I began my working career serving 5 years in the United States Marine Corps as a Data Systems Technician receiving an honorable discharge, holding various positions of increasing responsibilities and reached the rank of E5/Sargent. I started with Chrysler in 1999 as a Department Information Administrator contracted thru Ajilon services providing IT support and solutions for various areas of Human Resources which included Manufacturing HR and Facilities Management. From there I transitioned to a Business Analyst for HR and the HR Data Management Team supporting our HR Data warehouse - PeopleSoft, collaborated with the IT division while leading the launch of the HR Help Desk and then took on additional responsibilities as a Project Manager leading the security remapping and upgrade for PeopleSoft collaborating with the ITM department developing solutions to reduce data related issues. In 2008 I accepted my first position in Manufacturing HR as a Labor Relations Generalist at Kokomo Transmission Plant eventually moving to the Kokomo Casting Plant until returning back to Michigan in 2011 as an HR Generalist supporting the Manufacturing Planning and Control division (now MLM) with increasing responsibilities supporting the merge of the Safety and Environmental Divisions which became EH&S and then supported the Assembly Division. In 2013 I assumed the Labour Relations Manager position at the Windsor Assembly Plant and in 2014 assumed the responsibilities as the Labor Relations Manager at the Jefferson North Assembly Plant. In 2015, led local negotiations and successfully secured agreements with the three Bargaining Units which included Locals 889, 412, and 7. In 2017 I accepted the People Development Lead position at JNAP and finally in 2018 accepted the HR Manager position at Mack Engine Plant where I currently am today.
