Recruitment• Responsible in hiring process such as coordination of interview, arrangement for on-boarding and conduct new employees orientation. • Responsible for HR documentations and administration such as offer letters, reference checks, confirmation, contract renewal and staff movement.• Screen incoming resumes/CVs and application forms and shortlist qualified profiles to Hiring Managers.• Update new join information.• Contact point of all Hiring Managers.• To prepare HR report (Recruitment Tracking Report, Headcount Report and etc)• In charge of Local direct labour recruitment (Conduct weekly open interview, design recruitment posters, and advertising).• Management & monitoring of Company’s social media (Facebook & Instagram) Outsourcing• Collaborate with agents in managing outsource local workers.Secretarial• Hosting weekly meetings with Department Managers and Managing Director (MD).• Record and prepare meeting minutes.Welfare• Handle employee welfare events and support in HR events.Audit• CSR audit coordinate eg. BSCI、Ecovadis.Advising & Counselling • Provides advice, information and guidance to managers, employees, and other stakeholders.• Coach employees regarding HR policies and procedures related to transfer, benefits, and compensation.Wages Calculation & Attendance Monitoring • Update & maintains employees’ attendance record in TMS, calculate wages and applicable deductions based on employee attendance.*Achievement• Established positive rapport and presence with managers and stakeholders, as the preferred key person to refer to on HR/recruitment processes and matters.• Proposed and providing compensation recommendations to encourage employee productivity to higher level and attract the right talent.
