As a teenager at school, I was the kid other students approached to resolve any technical problems they had with their laptop, mobile phone, or even home WiFi.Fast forward to today, not only am I my friends' go-to guy for any technical issues, but I also provide technical advice and services to clients.My distinct advantage of having knowledge in the traditional IT infrastructure to Cloud computing, IT networking, and Cybersecurity, enabled me to understand customer IT and business requirements, architect the necessary technology framework, then plug in the required technologies to successfully deliver the final solution. What I have learned over the years from working with various organizations is that each has its own unique set of challenges, and there is no "one size fits all" solution.
