Project Work:• For a large international Theme Park corporations, managed a JD Edwards, SAP, Oracle Financials and Great Plains integration efforts between the customer’s accounting and project controls software packages. • Completed a business process “GAP Analysis” study for a multi-national design build firm. The study address all aspects of the business cycle (marketing, financials, inventory, engineering, design and construction). Developed several custom mobile solutions which included a Field Inspections application as well as a Capital Budgeting application. • Led design, development and support projects for a large International Design Build Engineering firm. Applications consist of .NET WinForm and Office Business Applications (Excel, Outlook) utilizing the a software API. Develop standard process of migrating data from a paper based system to Vendor commercial project controls solution. This saved the customer hundreds of hours to complete the implementation of the software.
