I have a passion for leading teams to bring innovative chemical and materials technologies to the market. Over a 12-year career with internationally recognized organizations, I have developed a combination of technical and scientific expertise, business acumen, and visionary leadership skills. I am currently a Global Product Manager at Syensqo (formerly Solvay), where I am leading a rejuvenation of the company's line of industrial composite materials for automotive, aerospace, and electronics applications. Additionally, with Solvay R&D, I led the company’s top global innovation initiative, launched 3 new product lines of high-performance materials, and coached over a dozen leaders, scientists, engineers, and researchers. My long-term career goal is to be a strong leader of innovation and strategy, combining my technical and business skills to lead organizations in designing materials and chemistries that enable revolutionary technologies with global impact.
