Over a 12-year career with internationally recognized organizations, I have developed a combination of technical and scientific expertise, business acumen, and visionary leadership skills. My goals were to enhance the customer experience and reduce the adoption barriers for Solvay products into electrification applications, thereby delivering growth in this strategic market area.Highlights:- Coordinated global technical developments for e-motor magnet wire coatings and slot insulation. Led innovation efforts for the launch of a new slot liner film that was recognized with an industry award (see link below).- Defined goals and strategy for electrification materials technology programs, assigned and advised operational teams, guided progress on deliverables, and regularly communicated updates to stakeholders and senior business leadership.- Helped build the new application development organization.
