• Head of development division for a fully integrated resort owner/developer responsible for land acquisition, due diligence, entitlements, concurrency, environmental compliance, design and construction of a seven project mixed use portfolio valued at $2.5 billion located in the Central Florida market. Assisted in the merger and sale of the various related companies as well as the initial public offering which raised $150,000,000 for the new company.

• Managed a real estate development and construction management firm, which provided services for 32 projects including site selection, complete financial analysis, document control, due diligence, environmental analysis, design management, permitting and construction for commercial and residential projects including residential sub-divisions, retail, office, gas convenience and industrial warehouse.
