Role is responsible for the leadership, improvement and stewardship of Stanwell's Operations Systems, including safe work systems, e.g., permit to work / integrated safe systems of work. Role acts as the Chair of Stanwell's Corporate Safe Work Systems Committee and holds positions at various Stanwell Operations leadership forums. Role is accountable for the management, execution and improvement of corporate electrical safety across the Stanwell portfolio. Additionally, the role performs a range of enterprise and operational risk functions for the Operations division of the business.

Part of Stanwell’s Health and Safety Leadership Team; leading a diverse, experienced, high performing team delivering maintenance and continuous improvement of Stanwell’s OHSMS, safe work system, electrical safety, health and well-being (inc. occupational nursing) whilst also managing HS strategy and reporting execution.

The Operations Project Lead is the key representative from the business (Operations Division) with the relevant subject matter knowledge and insight, dedicated to Stanwell's Safe Work System Consolidation Project; the implementation of a proprietary electronic integrated safe system of work / process across Stanwell's seven generation sites, representing the consolidation of three current legacy safe work systems. The role is required to ensure / contribute to the effective design, implementation (including change management and communication activities) and support of the consolidated safe work system within the business. The role acts as the key leader of the chosen Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across Stanwell sites.

Role is responsible for the leadership, improvement and stewardship of Stanwell's safe work systems, e.g. permit to work / integrated safe systems of work. Role acts as the Chair of Stanwell's Corporate Safe Work Systems Committee and holds a position on the Stanwell Production Leadership Safety Committee.
