Set up and operate Reed 3 die thread rolling machine. Operate Waterbury Farrel flat die thread rolling machine. Complete setups and run first piece for inspection by lab personnel. Under supervision of thread department lead. Perform secondary operations as needed.

Precision soldering of electronic detonators test for quality, accuracy and conductivity. Keep accurate production logs. Follow all safety guidelines.Operate H.A.M. machine monitoring for quality and efficiency. Make adjustments via HMI screen and when needed access interior of machine for manual adjustments. Troubleshoot bad optical and magnetic sensors. Replace as needed. Trouble shoot and adjust vibratory feeder bowls and rails. Replace pneumatic lines when damaged. Follow all safety regulations. Keep accurate production logs and report to shift supervisor.
