Jason is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years’ experience advising clients across a diverse range of industries throughout Australia and internationally on M&A, business valuation, taxation and litigation support matters. From working in a range of business transaction roles and organisations, Jason has earned a reputation for consistently delivering market-leading business sale, acquisition and succession solutions for clients.Jason has prepared independent expert reports for proceedings in the Federal Court, the Family Courts of Australia and Western Australia and the Supreme Courts of New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia and Western Australia in relation to a range of business valuation and economic loss matters.As the non-executive director of public and private companies, Jason has extensive experience providing strategic input, managing multiple stakeholder interests and implementing risk and corporate governance systems across diverse businesses. Jason has sat on number committees for several peak industry bodies and professional associations including serving as the Chairman of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia (NSW State Council). In 2011, Jason established JNP Advisory, a specialist-chartered accounting firm providing independent business transaction, valuation and litigation support advice.
