Interim role for a national grant-making organisation supporting youth charities to deliver development experiences to young people aged 16-17. I oversee a wide brief, ranging from grantee development and support (impact and evaluation training) to strategy design to understand NCSs ‘across-portfolio’ impact for both grantees and young people. Work involves: o Leading a team of two evaluation officers for a national youth provider delivering youth programmes to 170,000 young people a year. o Designing and implementing an evaluation strategy to measure the impact of young people’s participation in three service areas (Residential, Community-based, and Digital citizenship programmes)o Project managing an external 3-year evaluation programme (currently delivered by Kantar/Verian)
