3 years of designing and implementing the statewide environmental Beneficial Use Monitoring Program (B.U.M.P.) database utilizing MS ACCESS. I developed unified data entry forms, query wizards, and report wizards utilizing VBA. I then designed and programmed an automated Quality Assurance/Quality Control program which tests all data in the database against predefined limits, relates the QA/QC to all corresponding data entries, and then builds a report summarizing the results and highlighting the problems. I also programmed an automated chart process for MS WORD to specifically work with environmental data.
