Leadership and people development have been my passion and purpose for over 35 years. My professional leadership career has spanned across several industries including my beginning in the hospitality industry and continuing through the wireless communication and petrochemical construction fields. As a person in long term recovery from mental health and substance use disorders, I have been inspired to build my career in recovery housing. I envision a world where quality recovery homes are readily accessible to anyone who needs help. I have made it my commitment to work toward the healthy growth of the recovery housing industry. I am a public speaker, leadership mentor, training facilitator, and an ordained minister and life coach. Helping others grow in their personal, professional, or spiritual lives is my mission.
