Gramercy Risk Holdings, LLC, also owns Gramercy Indemnity Company (a NY-domiciled property-casualty insurance company) and Certus Claims Administration, LLC (a third party claims administrator for the property-casualty insurance industry).Gramercy Risk Management was founded by Bill and Matthew Fishlinger. Bill was the founder of Wright Risk Management in 1978 and oversaw its growth and expansion. In 2014, the Wright Insurance Group was sold to Brown & Brown for $600m. At the time of its sale, Wright managed over $1B in premium for its client companies. Gramercy has been founded on the tenets that made Wright such a successful and well respected business.

Represented at trial a client charged with a breathalyzer refusal resulting in a not guilty finding. Negotiated dismissal for client charged with driving while in possession of marijuana. Prosecuted an Internal Affairs complaint against a police officer accused of physically abusing client during an arrest.
