• Performed all aspects of class action litigation from inception to final disposition, including cultivating clients; defining litigation strategy; drafting pleadings, motions, discovery documents and jury instructions; arguing motions; conducting examination of witnesses at trial; taking and defending depositions; and preparing mediation statements and settlement agreements• Representing consumer classes in insurance overcharge cases, including by drafting appellate briefs about the propriety of class certification. The Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed order for the classes 3-0, leading to several multi-million-dollar settlements; and• Representing consumer class in defective construction case against multinational home builder, drafting key briefs leading to class certification and maintenance of suit in court rather than arbitration.
