Responsible for NRC Picker's day-to-day operating activities, including revenue and sales growth; expense, cost and margin control; and monthly, quarterly and annual financial goal/growth management. National Research Corporation annual revenue grew from just over 51M EOY 2008 to over 75M EOY 2011.

Lead company’s planning and execution of strategies to increase sales and company growth. Created a highly efficient and effective sales operations process and expansion of sales team which supported 209% stock price growth during this period. Total annual revenue nearly doubled from 26.9M in 2003 to 51M in 2008. In this time we grew from 6 sales associates to over 40, aligned incentives, implemented a coaching/development program, and built out the leadership team to support growth.

Served on special appointment to a Joint Commission taskforce that developed accreditation standards for hospitals that will promote, facilitate and advance culturally competent patient-centered care.
