Sought continuous improvement for each program by participating in industry initiatives and training, following industry-wide technical and licensing developments, and conducting off-site benchmarking of program practices and performance with SNC fleet and industry peers. Completed EPRI training course on nuclear coatings specification development, procurement, application, maintenance and failure analysis. Obtained ASME VT-2 visual examination certification to perform quality control leakage examinations of piping and vessels. Managed an 8-person team to execute an Integrated Leak Rate Test (ILRT) of the Unit 1 Containment structure. Additional noteworthy projects include management of a general visual examination and evaluation of the Unit 1 Containment liner, and construction of significant storm water drainage / retention projects.
