Current• Manage the design and evaluation of processes to improve patient care and operational systems across the healthcare continuum.• Develop and oversee departmental budgets and resource allocations, implementing strategies to enhance financial performance and quality of care.• Supervise and support staff recruitment, training, and performance management, ensuring competency and adherence to standards.• Collaborate with senior leadership and Physician Team Leaders to align departmental objectives with organizational goals.• Address human resources, labor relations, and risk management issues to maintain a productive and safe working environment.• Lead a team of managers and staff, including ED Techs, Clerks, Licensed Vocational Nurses, Operation Specialists, Unit Assistants, and Travelers (RNs, LVNs, Phlebotomists).
