Acted in the capacity of divisional liaison between upper management and peers by providing guidance and mentoring for newly hired property managers, administrative professionals and building maintenance professionals.

Proactively worked with outside legal counsel when necessary to ensure lease compliance and enforcement as well as supervised a staff of three administrative support members and a team of contract laborers.
