CMSgt Jason B. Robbins is the Chief Medical Enlisted Force for Headquarters Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC). He serves as the Senior Enlisted Medical Advisor to the AFSOC and United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) Command Surgeons (SG). Chief Robbins manages and directs 547 enlisted personnel in 18 separate AFSCs assigned to two medical treatment facilities and 14 operational units. He ensures they are properly organized, trained, and equipped to carry out their peace time and war time missions for 19,500 AFSOC personnel and 32,000 beneficiaries. In conjunction with his joint component counterparts, Chief Robbins provides input and guidance to the USSOCOM Joint Medical Enlisted Advisory Council to ensure that missions are carried out and causalities are expediently and professionally treated and evacuated. In this position, he sits on a number of committees and advisory boards to ensure the most up-to-date medical equipment, training, tactics, and techniques are available to the medics in the field.
