In this position, I provided lead financial management for a $4B Military Intelligence Program. Allocated $47M for procurement funds allocated by Congress to meet DOD benchmarks required by law, and recaptured $32M in redundant expenses and unnecessary budgetary expenditures. Structured and streamlined emergency, mobilization, logistics, operations in alignment with established policies and regulations. Championed quarterly joint resource management meetings annual budget review to assess existing plans and institute efficient modifications.
