-Account Manager selling System X and ThinkServer x86 servers as well as switching, storage and services to large enterprises and public sector clients.-Prior to IBM x86 acquisition I was an integral member of a two-person sales team selling ThinkServers, NAS/DAS and 3rd party switching, more than doubling revenue and profit within the 1st year of the assignment.-Maintain relationships with customers and business partners ensuring opportunity identification and provide solution guidance.-Provide training to extended sales teams on Enterprise portfolio, how to position products and selling as a solution.

-North America focal for SAP Security & Authorization (ID Activation/Deactivation & Changes, Role Design, SOD Management)-Work with worldwide project teams creating SAP ID’s including CRM/ECC/BW/BO IDs. Design roles for changes in process and test functionality -Manage Canadian internal fixed assets, including ordering, tracking, disposing and repairing-Order demo and giveaway products for Sales team-Manage quarterly budget for Canadian internal fixed assets purchases and write-offs-Provide technical backup for Deskside Services

Purchasing:-Manage and purchase hardware and software, including license and maintenance renewals for a wide range of large enterprise clients-Provide quotes for hardware and software, including Cisco hardware and maintenance renewals-Order and track assets through a number of internal order and asset tracking tools-Adhere to Best Practice policies to ensure audit readiness and compliance in all aspects of asset management-Provide timely responses to customer requests and inquiriesAsset Management:-Manage inventory control of 10 million in assets-Coordinate and maintain leases of all computer assets-Source vendors and process quotes for proper allocation of funds-Approve and process purchase orders for supported clients and IBM internal-Coordinate purchasing process for WSIB through IBM -Manage capital approval process for IBM including, purchasing, shipping/receiving and validation of all orders-Projected quarterly and yearly capital requirements for IBM for purchasing allocation -Liaison between support clients and IBM and IBM international offices-Project manager lead for the inventory of all assets for WSIB including categorization, training, project plan execution, and support of the process -Provide reporting for all inventory assets that were assigned and de-installed-Created and facilitated procedural training for inventory control process-Lead and coordinated multi partner presentation to ensure inventory process was adhered toSupport:-Provide technical support for midrange and mainframe SO customers.-Provide technical support client applications and OS for SO customers.
