Duties involve all inclusive maintenance of equipment and building. Perform preventive maintenance checks and repairs on equipment. Maintain conveyor systems, stretch wrap machines, Ronchi fillers, GEA valve systems, steam boilers, air compressors, and palletizers including upgrades and modifications which involved welding and fabricating parts. Use of Click and SAP software for parts research and notification creation. Operated full range of equipment including milling machines, lathes, plasma cutter, hydraulic press, and welding equipment (mig, tig, stick).Participated on first responder and safety teams to ensure safety of general production workers.

Duties involve all inclusive maintenance of equipment on site. Perform preventive maintenance checks and repairs on equipment.Maintain conveyor systems, stretch wrap machines, translicers, flume systems, refrigeration units, chillers, ammonia systems, including upgrades which involved welding and fabricating parts. Use of D7i program software for time keeping and releasing of work orders.

Duties involved maintenence and construction of conveying, case packing, and palletizing equipment including FKI Logistics, Alvey, Sabel, We-Pack-It, Lantech, Liberty, Loveshaw/Little David, and Bosch.Operated full range of equipment including milling machines, lathes, plasma cutters, hydraulic presses, and welding equipment (mig, tig, stick).Participated in fire and medical emergency teams to ensure the safety of general production workers. Fabricated, installed, and maintained supporting devices; performed on-scene safety. Responded to emergencies including hazardous material spills. Set out appropriate signage relative to worker and traffic safety. Maintained a variety of records and reports with the use of SAP software. Maintained conveyor systems, case sealers, case packaging machines, palletizing machines, transfer car, and stretch wrap machines including upgrades which involved welding and fabricating parts. Use of SAP software for research of parts for repair and time keeping.
