Manage material consumptions, purchasing, system integrity as it relates to product inventory accuracy, transaction accuracy, bill of materials, and more. Works closely with scheduling, engineering, purchasing, production, quality and accounting in relation to the above mentioned.

Starting as a Material Handler I was quickly prompted to Lead Material Handler based on my work experience, work ethics and analytical skills and abilities. As I became more familiar with all production cells/ departments (tied to my management experience in the Retail Industry with Walgreens/ Tire Kingdom/ Papa Johns etc.) I was quickly promoted to Production Planner where I worked hand-in-hand with Cell Leads, Shift Managers, Engineering, Sales, Quality personnel, Customer Service Reps., and Buyers to improve many under-performing KPI's. As I became more successful through my teachable nature and thirst for overall company success, I obtained a solid understanding of the Epicor operating system to the point where I absorbed the responsibility of teaching and instructing all employees on every level (up to and including the president.). I was then given the responsibility of managing all outside processes, of which there were many, I was responsible for sure ensuring all products were shipped and processed on-time, expediting processes where required, and were received based on required lead-times as it pertains to the production schedule I created. Using the tools, reports and metrics of the operating system I was them promoted again to Master Production Scheduler. With every opportunity given, I have succeeded in taking every company to the next level and plan to continue to do so.

Began employment as a Photo Tech. Through my work ethic, teachability and dedication to success I was promoted multiple times, up to Executive Assistant Manager.
