Program Manager
Current- Works to evaluate, establish, and manage the entire portfolio of services and applications.
- Establishes prioritization criteria and evaluation policies.
- Evaluates and determines prioritization criteria for new projects, initiatives, and use cases
- Develops, recommends, monitors, and/or reviews and analyzes business plans, expected project benefits, budgets, schedules, consultant reports, benchmarks, and related performance measures
- Identifies relevant project and use case scope, required resources for implementation, and works with Lead Application Developer to determine timelines and milestones
- Create service level agreements or similar documentation to establish customer service expectations.
