Review, analyze and report safety, health and environmental data and trends, provides management support to site leadership; includes annual performance management and corrective/disciplinary action recommendations in an effort to ensure corrective and preventative actions are adhered to and shared across sites. Ensures appropriate oversight for execution of environmental compliance activities and reporting including SWPP (Storm Water Pollution Plan), NPDES (National Pollution Discharge Elimination System) permit, internal/external environmental audits, CAA - air quality/pollution inspections/permits, RCRA hazardous waste inspections/permits, environmental noise audits. Identify, develop and communicate plans and initiatives to close critical gaps or findings from incidents, and/or internal/external audits related to safety, health, environmental and security and drive appropriate corrective actions.
