As a Remote Access & Mobility Superintendent, I supervised three engineers in Salt Lake City and two engineers in Brisbane, along with 17 outsourced engineers situated in Bangalore. I directed the upgrade, migration, and installation of the XenApp 6.5 Global Citrix Environment, following the transformation of the Presentation Server 4.x. I also oversaw the configuration of the three main citrix farms by providing NetScalers, as well as implementing Windows Server 2012 and Windows 2008R2. In addition, I coordinated the transformation of the RSA Dual Factor Authentication solution to a Symantec VIP Dual Factor Authentication solution. Some of my top achievements include:~ Occupying a global role across multiple timezones, coordinating service delivery among approximately 77K internal employees, as well as 40K outsourced contractors.~ Enabling the provision of support to over 70K users with a minimal impact, through the delivery of the Symantec VIP Dual Factor Authentication solution.

In this role, I supported 600TB of storage over four distinct platforms, as well as 120 physical and 800 virtual VMware ESX(i) servers at Salt Lake City data center. I oversaw the XenApp Citrix Environment, comprising 50 servers supporting approximately 70K internationally dispersed users. Additionally, I performed strategic planning and scheduling to enable the swift deployment of the Citrix XenApp 6.4 application, desktop servers, web interface, as well as zone data collectors. Selected accomplishments include:~ Supporting a user-base in excess of 35K through the effective migration and set-up of the Citrix XenApp 6.4 environment.~ Establishing a DR site for the global Citrix environment within the Salt Lake City data center.

As President, I delivered contracting services to 183 clients on matters related to the development of SLA-specific contracts related to hardware and software support, tailored around maximum client uptime. I also oversaw the deployment of cable, cisco routers, DSL, firewalls, Fort iGATE VPN, frame-relay, Internet gateways, ISDN, network infrastructure, and satellite connections, in support of remote locations. I am proud to say that I:~ Supported a major client grossing approximately $60M annually, with $300K IT budget, by supporting their infrastructure needs, as well as managing IT contracts with their clients.
