Cr8tive By Design is a premier event services company featuring creative visual design and seamless flow for attendees through detailed management. We handle everything the clients needs for a successful event from navigating contracts with vendors, talent, and venues; capturing the clients vision and designing the perfect experience through audio, video, lighting and decor; and then bringing it all together with a detailed run of show and execution by our dedicated staff.As the founder and creative director it falls on me to make sure that I listen careful to the clients overall goal for each event. I work closely with clients to capture and curate their vision to the fullest extent, taking into account and planning ahead for obstacles such as venue and government regulations, and all while respecting the boundaries of their budget. Cr8tive By Design started as a branding company to meet the needs of clients through services such as photography, video and consulting need and has evolved to include the unique event expertise that I pull on from my vast experience in the entertainment, touring and production industries. My collective years in management provide unique skills in working with various personalities, resolving issues, and keeping things moving in a forward direction and on time.

Wearing many hats at Consolidated Assurance one of my key areas of responsibility was overseeing our training, developmental, and awards events. I designed all the production aspects from scratched based on each events needs. I oversaw and worked with a team to shape an amazing and unforgettable experience for our attendees. Every detail was thoughtfully executed from choosing the perfect restaurants and venues, to creating visually stunning gifts and materials, to booking and curating knowledgeable speakers and hands on educational experiences.Additional notable projects included:- Designing and overseeing the construction of a new executive office space and corporate private gym.- Designing and executing a state of the art streaming studio and control room for company webinars, marketing and training videos.- Initial development of various systems and process to enable growth and expansion.

Managed the overall business from sales, purchasing, manufacturing, shipping, and technical support. I was responsible for leading morning staff meetings, implementing and designing new policies and processes, and managing and troubleshooting day to day production issues. Additionally I maintained relationships with key clients to making sure their projects were designed effectively and installed correctly.

Role included both the day to day office management and production management for various services and events. Throughout my tenure in this role, I created new processes and revamped old processes in an effort to increase productivity and response times to client request. I assisted in hiring and training staff on each process. I was also responsible for completely revamping and updating an outdated, insufficient audio/video system used for our services and events. I would run audio and/or train staff to run audio for each event. In addition, designing and managing the layout and unique needs for each event working with all parties involved from talent, volunteers, management and security to ensure a smooth event for all attendees.

From a young age, I was professionally involved in executing, designing, and managing all the production needs associated with touring. I started as an audio and lighting engineer on weekends and summers and evolved into a Road/Tour/Production Manager. Traveling across the USA on various size tours from local bar stops in vans with trailers evolving into large arena and festival stops with multiple buses and trucks. Starting at the bottom and working my way up allowed me to learn all aspects of the industry and enabled me to be a better leader. Day to day responsibilities included, but were not limited to:- Designing the overall look of production from lighting to video- Managing Contracts with vendors, venues, etc. in conjunction with artist management- Managing Crew (from touring staff to local staff, union hands and volunteers)- Catering Needs (Ensuring safe and healthy meals for talent, touring staff, and vips)- Transportation (buses, trucks, and vans for daily runners)- Confirming Proper Power for Equipment (Local connection type or acquiring proper generator)- Researching and understanding local codes that may affect or alter our production

Responsible for understanding and managing the needs of each client that booked the theater. From local conferences and concerts to touring off boardway shows and artist, each group brought their own unique vision and set of requirements and it was my job to translate and execute the vision with our team.Duties included:- Understanding each clients needs- Managing client exceptions- Design lighting and set based on clients vision and needs- Create Run of Show Timelines- Scheduling proper staff- Working with vendors to acquire and schedule rentals, as needed.- Work with Front of House management to ensure client needs are met and staff is paid.- Keep in house equipment updated and in good condition- Repair equipment or schedule advanced repair, as needed

Assisted with load-in, setup, and load-out of Audio, video and lighting needs for various events for clients ranging from the Salvation Army and Pepsi Co. to the RNC and DNC and many others in between.

Responsible for the coordination of timing and communication between the booth, sidelines, studio and live to tape video feed. Position involved constant communication with talent, producers, engineers and sideline staff to ensure a seamless broadcast of football in central Flordia to listeners and viewers.

The Lower Room was a positive music venue that provided an amazing atmosphere to hear local and touring artist perform. Responsibilities included: - Assisting in booking talent- Managing Marketing and promotion of shows- Create Lineup and Run of Show- Designing and executing production including audio and lighting- Performing maintenance and upkeep of equipment and acquiring new equipment, as needed
