- Developed and presented a manufacturing support study on the yearly demand of the tool crib to the client and executive directors.- Executed a Fiscal Year 2014 efficiency report to identify and target the labor opportunity costs of the facility's lowest performing codes.

- Participated in a Value Stream Mapping project to analyze each step of the production process- Recommended improved productivity procedures to improve labor utilization in manufacturing- Generated the monthly "Top 200" report highlighting the opportunity values associated with the top 200 product codes based on total man hours.
