For the past 21 years, I have had the honor of working for Performance Contracting — a world-class, employee-owned specialty contractor.Prior to joining this great company, I earned my B.S. in Finance from the University of Arizona. There, I earned Academic All-American honors playing baseball before being drafted and playing a few seasons of minor league baseball. After hanging up my glove, I joined Performance Contracting in 2003 as a Branch Controller in Los Angeles. In 2020, after years of partnering with branch operations, corporate management teams, and leadership, I was appointed to serve as President and CEO. It’s in this position that I provide strategic direction, establish long-term goals for responsible growth, and cultivate an environment of collectivity where employees thrive.My experiences — both in baseball and at Performance Contracting — have taught me that a team’s success is dependent on the diverse talents of every individual within our organization. As President & CEO, it's my mission to inspire a teamwork structure that harnesses the strength of the total and provides our organization opportunities for growth, innovation, and success.On a personal level, I love spending time with my family and contributing to the betterment of our community. I’m a proud board member for CASA of Johnson & Wyandotte County and supporter of the Susan G. Komen® organization for breast cancer advocacy.
