I am responsible for many tasks with Skyhawke Technologies. I work directly with customers, specializing in technical support for downloading and troubleshooting desktop application software on both Windows and Mac systems. When I am not working one and one with a customer, I am the lead contact for troubleshooting assistance for the rest of our support representatives. In my down time between these two roles, I am responsible for moderating our public support forum on our website (clubsg.skygolf.com). Being a team lead for our customer support and technical support teams also includes the responsibilities of recognizing bugs/errors with our products and software, and properly reporting these issues to our development team on a daily basis.

I started working with Sports Avenue when I was in high school and continued while attending Holmes Community College. The job consists of running and maintaining a cash register, helping customers with purchases, inventory of the products in the store, daily sales reports, payroll for all employees, organizing store displays and stock room, and shipping/receiving products.
