I have been in the IT and IT Services industry for 15+ years. I have worked through the industry from being a hands-on desktop and network engineer, to service delivery and project management, over to sales, account management, forming a Technical Sales department handling both pre and post sales to where I am now running our Sales department. I have qualified in a wide range of IT and ITIL accreditations, to ensure whatever service I provide, sell or am part of, is always delivered at an industry standard and that the proper checks and balances have always been taken or completed. At this stage in my career, I believe I have earned a strong skillset and expansive knowledgebase and am always looking to continue learning and improving wherever I can and apply this everyday in my approach to work and work ethic as a whole.
