After graduating from University I went travelling and worked myself to and around many different country's. This gave me some spectacular experiences and the opportunity to meet many different people with varied beliefs, values and cultures. Returning home I was successful in gaining a residential care worker position with a company that supplied crisis intervention for some of the most challenging young people in the country, at the time. I worked my way to team leader and deputy manager positions with the company. After leaving I became a registered manager of a residential care home.I remain dedicated and passionate about my work and believe both experiences from working globally while travelling and studying in Britain and Finland have helped me to improve the quality of young people's lives.
