Designed and wrote customer-facing product documentation for the largest ebike manufacturer in North America, including owner’s manuals, accessory installation guides, instructional video scripts and help center articles. Notable projects included:• Worked collaboratively with Product Managers, members of Engineering teams and other SMEs to research and gather mechanical and electronics information for new products, and wrote user instructions that adhered to company brand identity, voice and tone standards, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).• Worked collaboratively with Project Managers to coordinate timing of finished documentation for publishing.• Worked with localization vendor to coordinate translation of content in four different languages.• Wrote scripts for instructional videos, coordinated with videographer on production, and appeared as on-camera talent during video shoots.• Worked collaboratively with cross-departmental teams to design and publish help desk articles in ZenDesk for use by end users, reducing the number of calls to product support agents.• Updated product specifications in Smartsheet for use by internal teams.Primary tools used: Microsoft Word, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Smartsheet, ZenDesk.
