Position Description:The purpose of this position is to conduct and manage outcomes of various studies that include analyzing, reviewing, forecasting, trending, reporting, and presenting information for operational and business planning. Also to support short and long term operational/strategic business activities - by utilizing technical skills to develop, enhance, and maintain operational information and models. Finally to develop and implement effective/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes. Primary Responsibilities:• Conduct and manage outcomes of various studies that include analyzing, reviewing, forecasting, trending, and presenting information for operational and business planning. • Perform forecasting, build staffing models and complete ad hoc analysis. • Support short and long term operational/strategic business activities by developing, enhancing and maintaining operational information and models. • Develop and implement effective/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes. • Summarize, document and present findings and provide recommendations to varying levels of the organization. • Develop and maintain functional specification documents • Identify, collaborate with and lead business Subject Matter Experts to learn existing business processes and future business needs impacted by the project to create key deliverables and process improvements • Operations reporting o Develop reporting and analytical tools that will allow stakeholders to more effectively run their business units. o Management and publishing of key reports, dashboards and findings to leadership. • Management support o Analysis and reporting will help identify strategic growth and cost containment opportunities. o Responsibility to drive  and support various strategic initiatives / projects.

• Conduct the evaluation of all TCF marketing initiatives using performance measurements and metrics. The evaluation process includes understanding program objectives and offer strategies, trending and analyzing program results by corporate-wide marketing metrics and measurements, drawing conclusions, and making recommendations to Executive and Senior Management. Areas of analysis include: Mail / no mail control group analysis, customer segmentation and transaction behaviors, forecasting campaign metrics and providing consistent post mortem results review with conclusions and insights, and profitability impacts of programs
