- Researches AF and Joint policy, doctrine, guidance, concepts and other related material to ensure DMOC-S mission is congruent with HHQ direction. Acts as subject matter experts on strategic-level guidance in all areas related to the mission of the DMOC-S- Assists in maintaining the DMOC-S’ Joint National Training Capability (JNTC) Certification. Provides primary interface to JS/J7 for issue resolution and compliance. Provides expertise in identifying opportunities for DMOC-S to obtain resources for the continual growth of DMOC-S as the primary source for space capabilities and effects to the Joint warfighting community. Works with DMOC-S towards eventual accreditation of the Space Flag exercise- Utilizes the Joint Lessons Learned Information System (JLLIS) to develop, manage and oversee the DMOC-S Lessons Learned (L2) Program. Responsible for the creation of a L2 repository, organizational L2 training and assists with gathering lessons from across the organization. Conducts trend and other analysis. Facilitates all aspects of the L2 process, including conducting a regularly-held L2 board chaired by the Deputy Director. Ensures lessons are tracked from cradle to grave and internal corrections are instituted within DMOC-S operations. Provides primary interface with HHQ L2 organizations ensuring DMOC-S L2 program is congruent with HHQ direction- Assists Plans and Programs government and contract leads with daily DMOC-S taskings, Branch staff products. Helps coordinate and disseminate HHQ direction and DMOC-S responses- Coordinates and staffs all DMOC-S external agreements to include MOAs/MOUs Performs government-directed taskings at the direction of the Director or Deputy Director- Assists government in Business Development/Marketing/Messaging for DMOC-S capabilities and exercise participation to increase advanced training capabilities by facilitating/coordinating with training staffs to brief and showcase DMOC-S current and new capabilities

Launch and Recovery Element (LRE)- Flew 163 combined hours, conducting MQ-9A LR operations in multiple combat areas of operations-- Provided Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance to Special Operations and Conventional Forces- Deployed Senior Enlisted Leader (2015) and Operations Superintendent (2016) to Camp Lemonier, Djibouti - Recommended manpower, organizational policies and guidance for 86 aircrew, SARM, and contracted maintenance personnel in high OPTEMPO deployed operations over a total of 9 months- Staff briefer for US Senators and other US and Foreign DVs to increase their perspective on RPA launch and recovery operations- Performed all aircrew duties related to instructing aircraft operations, preflight and post flight inspections, take-off and landing procedures, crew resource management, aviation safety, crew resource management- Evaluated and performed functional check flights of new aircraft hardware and software upgrade requirements- Recovered four emergency aircraft; diagnosed system malfunctions; saving $42M of the DOD's highest demand asset- Managed addition of two ground control stations and the extended range upgrade of the deployed MQ-9 fleet- Trained 20 deployed aircrew personnel on upgraded MQ-9 extended range capabilities, increased combat capabilities by 33%- Led consolidation of two expeditionary squadrons into a single location and function -- Created operations schedule allowing greater flexibility, improving deployed member’s quality of life

Mission Control Element (MCE)- Flew 812 combined hours, supporting 368 combat sorties, conducting MQ-9A MCE operations providing armed ISR in multiple combat areas of operations - Maintained multi-theater experience in Rules of Engagement to conduct Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance operations in the world’s most demanding combat environments- Operated remotely controlled electro-optical and infrared sensors providing full motion video for theater intelligence- Oversaw currencies, upgrades, flight evaluations, and training for 24 flight members, ensuring 100% compliance with flight manpower and operations directives for one and a half years- Authored tactics guide for MQ-9 crews; enhanced mission effectiveness and enabled easy access to tactics data- Validated new Short-Wave IR capabilities during multiple airborne test flights, confirmed expanded weather ability/enhanced video resolution- AFSOC Advanced Targeting program – conducted multiple MTS and aircraft software upgrades and evaluations which provided AFSOC RPA assets more lethality downrange.

- Developed new techniques to enhance human capital while producing quality maintenance - Ensured strict compliance to technical orders (AFI 21-101, 91-100, etc…), established maintenance procedures, safety policies and the ORM principles- Supervised jet engine tear down and build-up maintenance, inspections, safety, training and engine production status updates for 18 personnel for six months at Moody AFB - Directed propulsion overhaul, repair & test efforts of 47 A-10C, 10 HC-130P and 15 HH-60G aircraft worth $2.2B (Moody AFB)- Managed tasks as TF-34 engine production manager, producing efficient and timely return to service rates. Reduced standard overhaul time: 30 days, to 28 (Moody)- Led five personnel in aircraft maintenance support, equipment inspections and procurement of replacement equipment for two years at RAF Mildenhall- Purchasing Agent – Utilized the Government Purchase Card to procure replacement parts/equipment related to support aircraft maintenance operations at RAF Mildenhall- Managed, planned, organized, and directed aerospace propulsion maintenance activities for 12 military and civilian personnel at Mildenhall- Redesigned equipment tracking database – consolidated six programs into one equipment document increasing productivity by 30% (RAF Mildenhall)- Initiated new tool accountability software program this allowed better access as well as easier control of maintenance support / test equipment reducing missing assets by 55% at both Sheppard and Mildenhall- Analyzed, interpreted, and recommended maintenance actions based on engine monitoring system data on the F117, F108, and TF-34 engines at McChord and Mildenhall
