Promoted to Senior Project Manager August 2018. I am now responsible for 10 Project Managers.My day to day includes: forecasting the need for properties to keep the pipeline full, supporting theneeds of my PM's, maintaining vendor relations, forecasting project completions weekly, as wellas monthly, and ensuring jobs come in on budget, and on time for each member of my team. Wecurrently complete between 35-45 turnkey rehabs per month. As a project manager for AmeritrustResidential Services I was in charge of the full cycle rehab process for residential single family homes.This included: estimating and budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor relations, material procurement,job site management, and close-outs. I was consistently a top PM in Georgia, as well as #4 in thecountry in Q4-2017 and #3 in the country in Q1-2018. I constantly strive to be the best at whatever Ido. I am self driven, and required little to no assistance from my Senior PM. I try to be my companiesgreatest asset.
