Manage all global procurement responsibilities for single use technologies (SUT) and filters for all of Lonza Biologics. Additional responsibilities include:• SME for SUT, bioprocess filters, and new SUT business development projects.• Responsible to develop the SUT supplier strategy for all new green field projects through 2025.• Co-led procurement effort to combine all SUT green field projects to run a global SUT RFP. This effort required assembling a team that encompassed people from multiple departments and regions globally to create a first of its kind RFP for Lonza. This project achieved a substantial cost savings and developed the path forward for all SUT procurement for each manufacturing site.• Co-led negotiations for CAPEX and OPEX materials, which included short term and long term total cost savings.• Created financial cost models, which forecasted spend, costs, and cost savings through 2025.• Responsible for management of 3 of the 5 major suppliers. This responsibility includes monthly meetings, SRM, risk management, and deviation management.• Responsible for risk management of filters and SUT items globally.

Manage all Procurement responsibilities in Resin for all New World Pasta, Riviana, and ARI products in North America. Additional responsibilities include:• Manage a $25MM portfolio of resin packaging for 11 Riviana plants in North America.• Negotiate supply agreements and contracts to achieve savings, manage risk, and secure product.• Achieved $2MM and $1.5MM annualized in cost savings initiatives in 2014 and 2015 respectively. • Responsible of planning/ordering resin materials to all plants to ensure material availability during production.• Develop the procurement strategy for resin based materials for the EbroNA business by starting an RFP program, establishing strong leverages with suppliers through negotiation, developing strong contingency plans, and implementing a Cost Savings program.• Created new long term procurement planning methods which lead to a 80% reduction in work / time needed to complete tasks.• Manage SAP procurement responsibilities including price updates, contract / PO creation and updates, payment terms, and info records.• Successfully managed the procurement integration of new companies into the EbroNA business model during EbroNA acquisitions.• Procurement lead for company merger project which will define how the Procurement department will operate in the future.

Manage all Packaging responsibilities for Fabuloso, Palmolive Auto Dish Detergent, Murphy’s, Club, and the Colgate Commercial Group. Additional responsibilities include:• Manage bottle development, qualification, and manufacturability.• Launch of new 1 Gallon HDPE bottle, 67.2oz PET bottle, and 3oz PET bottle.• Handling all projects required building and qualifying new bottle molds, running line trials, and conducting packaging testing.• Qualified new CR cap for Fabuloso.• Ran line trials and conducted a Child Resistant study with an outside lab.• Implemented new pallet pattern configurations for savings• Qualified new label and corrugate suppliers for the Home Care manufacturing plant• Manage packaging changes and offer support to cross-functional teams• Lead engineer for North American Home Care Packaging Wal-Mart Scorecard• Complete and maintain Wal-Mart Scorecards• Support Funding the Growth Projects• Manage savings projects across Home Care.To date, I have implemented $2MM in savings and participated in ideation sections to identify savings projects.

Created Process Development plan and Research and Development plans to ensure safety and proper qualification of new resin to be used in handles of Reach Prevent Toothbrushes. This project will save the company $400,000 annually.• Reach Prevent Toothbrush Resin Change - Cost Improvement Project • Qualified 2 Molds with new resin.• Modified specifications to ensure acceptable cpk values.• Qualifying new bottle molds for both US and Canadian products• Project involves creating unit tools, running validation and line-trials, packaging testing for 3 sizes of bottles.• This project also includes refurbishing of a bottle mold in order to maintain business continuity on one bottle size.• Manage resin qualifications across multiple brands and packaging types including bottles, pumps, and pouches.• Manage the packaging branch of the International Affiliate Program which incorporates tracking, approving, and managing all artwork and packaging for new product launches for all J&J products in all countries.• Responsible for the Johnson’s Baby brand which includes cost improvement projects, cost avoidance projects, specification updates, and trouble-shooting projects.• Represent TA Packaging in a packaging component evaluation, which included various director level personnel from QA, Purchasing, Procurement, etc.• Responsible for recommending solutions on the packaging level, set-up testing to evaluate possible solutions and to discover root causes, and offering packaging support on conference calls and live meetings.• Traveled to different manufacturing plants in the United States to represent TA Packaging.• Assisted in the Integration Project, which involved contacting suppliers, creating specifications, and inputting the specifications into the Johnson & Johnson system.
