One of my core strengths is that I am an active listener which helps me understand client challenges and find solutions to meet their unique needs. Additionally, I have strengths in team leadership, building customer rapport and supporting sales objectives, which I believe would help me close sales.I am currently a successful sole trader and have been for over a decade, I joined a big cooperation 4 years ago and still operate my small business for a profit. I believe that this will assist me with building relationships with clients who have concerns that I have previously experienced and successfully overcome. In the past four years of my career, I’ve been tasked with managing staff and most recently a sales team of four employees. Having been in a management position, it’s been imperative that I assist my colleagues by being a team player, available for support when needed, whilst also being highly organised and prioritising tasks and deadlines effectively.
