• Work with emergency cases and mostly manage, troubleshoot and coordinate patient services and triaging for a more seamless and effective patient to doctor experience• In- charge of handling amount of appointment for doctors• Work with Paces 3 application for data entry of patient vital readings, basic first aid and intravenous care• Managing and log tracking of patients records via Excel for appointment forecasting• Management of different appointments bookings for patients• Manage front desk duties, including checking in procedure, answering phone calls and appointment bookings for patients• Assist nurses or doctors in EAS.

• Maintain general duties of handling an application and quality control lab individually.• Carries out goods inspection, issues status labels and other sample documentation or SAP update where assigned.• Interact and work as a team to support new research and development projects like having to planning the web resources and logistics required for further testing.• Helps to identify and solve problems encountered during his/her daily operations. He/she is required to inform any problems.• Adapted to flexible shifts to cover 24 hour operations.• Perform analytical and testing accurately and in accordance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).• Document all results in accordance to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) requirements.

• Stay up-to-date with the schedules of all programs and workshops, ensuring smooth coordination and delivery across various projects.• Maintain an archive of model programs and workshop materials, ensuring that successful initiatives are documented for future reference and improvement• Ensure that these experiences are of the highest quality and meet international standards in museum interpretation.• Adapt in working with operations department with managing and facilitating the new plans for upcoming exhibitions.• Perform laboratory equipment verification and calibration for teaching purposes in accordance to procedures where required for schools and overseas guests.
