Part of the Digital Transformation journey to replace the existing VOIP telephony service across Hampshire County with a real-time collaboration workspace (MS Teams), enabling Voice & Video for over 10,000 end users. Working towards Technical, Business, Operational and Adoption readiness.

Project to migrate over 450 critical services onto Window 2016 servers. Manage project progress to ensure successful removal of all instances of Windows Server 2008 from the HCC IT Estate.Managing a team of engineers and thier workloads, liaising with both HCC customers and business relationship managers, engaging with third party S/W vendors to size migration complexities and agree migration approach. Producing achievable plans for the programme and individual services. Create weekly reports, running stand-ups and managing Kanban boards.

Execute the delivery of data related products (requested by the Gas Industry) and services from idea through delivery into the post implementation support framework (this includes requirements, business case creation, impact analysis & project management across reporting, analysis, data exposure and regulation mandated changes).

Responsible for leading and managing the service transitions of the corporate Citrix Image and O365 services into BAU. Working with the Service Management community, project managers, BA’s, architects and technical resources to complete required templates and associated artefacts. Create new support processes and docs, O365 user usage policies. Breaking down complex programmes and developing factsheets/comms/visualisations, working with corporate comms to socialise these.

• Managing and coordinating the end to end delivery of multiple concurrent IT projects and changes to the highest quality ensuring that stakeholders receive all stipulated benefits.• Negotiate and establish requirements and produce SMART objectives with stakeholders and to manage these expectations throughout the project lifecycle. • Agree communication plans and to use appropriate level of technical/non-technical language where required.• Create and maintain all project documentations and artefacts including RAID, highlight and deep-dive reports, PIDs, meeting notes, cost trackers and closure reports.• Deliver to schedule, agreed budgets (including managing all procurement/purchasing) across various business units such as Defence, Civil Government, Construction, Commercial, NHS/Health and the Industrial sectors.• Initiate the kick off meetings, identify and analyse risks, create and manage response plans.• Manage baselines and monitor for scope creep, costs/schedule variances ensuring the project is delivered within an agreed plan.• Plan and communicate any technical changes via an approval board (capturing the Pre, Post implementation plans with roll back contingency plans).• Build and lead project teams of up to 10 staff. Managing cross-matrix teams, including external 3rd party vendors/suppliers. Running daily SCRUMS to ensure exceptions are captured and managed accordingly.• Manage early life support queries/issues and handover all project outputs into BAU environment via formal transition process for support. Running lessons learned and closure meetings.• Onboarding and mentoring Business Analysts, Junior PM’s and Project Co-ordinators. Supporting them with requirements gathering, project planning, risk analysis and PID writing. Delivering a course on Critical Path Analysis.• Projects include O365 experience and delivering a major Cyber Security piece.

AT&T: OPERATIONS ANALYST / INCIDENT MANAGER 2005 – 2008Monitoring the JLR IT server farm on a 24*7 shift. Using Robomon and Openview to monitor and provide critical escalations to the business. Other duties included incident change and management total of upgrades. AT&T: IT MANUFACTURING SUPPORT ANALYST 2004 - 2005 24*7/365 shift and standby support to provide first line manufacturing IT support to JLR and external customers in/out of prime shift and to ensure that business is continuously operational. Classifying and categorizing incidents via Remedy help desk whilst investigating the root causes. Ensure fix group escalation is made as appropriate.

IBM: SECURITY HEALTH CHECK ANALYST NOV 2002– APRIL 2004 Security compliance project to maintain the logical security levels specified as per standards. Duties required were IT security Health Checking, analysing results and to log and track non-compliances.IBM: PROJECT OFFICE COORDINATOR / SERVICE DESK (SUPERVISOR) AUG 2000 – JULY 2002Supervising a team of 4 in a project office environment to manage and resolve hardware and software issues for a client by providing support whilst liaising with vendors ensuring service obligation are met.
