As the Planning Coordinator (Process Maintenance) I am responsible for the Process Planning Team, (consisting of 28 personnel, broken down into 3 teams, Shutdown Team, Planning Team & an Administration Team) delivering maintenance and operational performance through the management of workflow management systems and analysis of weekly, monthly & quarterly work performance management and metrics. I oversee and improve work management processes, implement KPI’s that measure compliance and efficiency of the maintenance process and evaluate and implement improvements to the maintenance management process.
