I am proactive and solutions focused. I manage my time effectively and work well to deadlines.When I see opportunities, I use my initiative and am confident to bring forward ideas to the management team with a plan to implement better outcomes. I have a diverse skill base, with a strength in customer service and logistics. Numeracy and IT skills are areas of strength. In December of last year, I invested and worked in an existing business of a previous customer of mine from Valmont. This sadly had to be liquidated in September. Working through this process has drawn on and further developed my resiliency and sense of humour. I am a team member who lifts the energy in the room and enjoys having a good laugh and working collaboratively in open and honest environments. Family is extremely important to me. With them I share interests in Sport, music, exercise, travel and supporting siblings teams. Cricket, Rugby and Rugby League, are the Sports I have grown up on, and I am a strong Warriors and Crusaders supporter. I take pride in supporting my youngest brother who plays domestic level Cricket, and my sister who was the NZ Volleyball Captain, and has also played for the Black ferns. More recently Health and fitness is the focus. We have recently added a weights bench and rack to our small home gym and I have enjoyed increasing my knowledge of strength and conditioning.I play the drums and enjoy singing along on occasion to good music. My wife is from Wales and she and I thoroughly enjoy travelling together, we hope to see more of the globe in future.
