Was the director of operations running and growing a statewide HS athletics organization from 40 schools to 175+ schools across Florida. I was responsible for the day to day operation of the organization, as well as growth initiatives & legislative issues. . Additionally, my scope of duties required me to be aware of all state wide regulations for athletics , speaking before the legislative bodies in Florida to enact statewide change for schools and the athletic landscape. I helped create, evaluate and implement bylaws and policy change for a growing organization, communicated with all schools in the organization. My role expanded to looking for sponsorships to support our organization and developed relationships with national brands as our partners. Over 15 years experience working in public , charter and private schools from a substitute, teachers aide, developing and administration of afterschool and summer camp programs to dean of students and Asst AD on the senior leadership team. Have 20+ years of coaching experience at the HS and lower levels in football, basketball, wrestling and track with 2 SSAC state football championships in Florida, and a state runner up finish in track in Idaho. Coaching experience with first time programs , and 1A thru 8A programs. Also HC of Idaho 1A State runner up track & field program 2022. Also was the head coach for starting a football program, and an Asst. Coach in starting another one. I have been a part of building and growing multiple organizations in non profit sector.
