Manage all aspects of operations, including capital and operating budgets, facility maintenance, capital improvements and staff team. Manage all facility users, leaseholders, community groups, committees and revenue streams. Implement all municipal polices and procedures. In consultation with Director prepared reports & advised Town Council on policies and operations. Implement council directives. Work closely with the Director of Parks and Recreation and other department managers to delivery effective programs and services collaboratively throughout the Town of Ingersoll
