Currently working as the Limerick Site HR Manager responsible for all functions of Human Resources on site with a high focus on employee relations. In this role, I’m also accountable to the development of our site HR team. Previously, Sr. Labor Relations & Reporting Specialist at Constellation supporting the Generation area of the business. In this role I support both our Power and Nuclear plants that have unionized workforces to provide collective bargaining consultation and interpretation. This role has offered me the opportunities to be a first chair negotiator in renewal bargaining, provide support for effects bargaining of plant closures at Fairless Hills (PA), Mystic 7 (MA), and Three Mile Island (PA), and lastly be at the table for renewal bargaining that had a work stoppage occur. These are a few of the critical projects I have been involved in but this is just scratching the surface for the level of customer service I provide to our Operations leaders, HR Business Partners, and centers of excellence departments like benefits and payroll. Prior to transitioning into a Labor Relations role, I was working as an HR Generalist for the James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Plant in Oswego, NY. In this role I was a change agent for the newly acquired plant and onboarding of over 600 employees to then Exelon policies, procedures, and standards. None of the above is possible without the great opportunity I had while working at PECO, an Exelon Company. While working at PECO I was charged with utilizing data analytics to address work force areas of concern through work force planning and identify ways of measuring our HR practices for effectiveness. While this was my first working experience in the Human Resources field, this role offered me broad exposure to all areas of HR such as recruiting and talent acquisition, talent development, labor relations and investigations, benefits, and compensation.
