Talent Acquisition Coordinator who facilitated the day to day operations at Spectrum Health's new employee Onboarding/ Welcome Center. Responsible for completion of back-end onboarding tasks such as I9, applicable tax forms, company policy documents and all other onboarding paperwork. Conducted one on one onboarding meeting with each candidate, welcoming them to the company, explaining what their orientation schedule will consist of, reviewing benefits packages and payroll information, provide resources for navigating the employee intranet and general FAQ's about the organization of the company. Day to day job duties include-Reviewing candidate's onboarding profiles (Talent Connect/ Peoplefluent)Prepare a welcome packet for each candidate (Orientation information, Benefits, 403(b), Payroll)Communicating and meeting regularly with recruitment team Conducting onboarding meetings with each candidate (Average of 100-125 per week)Send out reports each week to our broader network, Orientation rosters for the next week etc. Managing employee files (OnBase, LAWSON)Some other duties I have experience with-Manage and process Employee Status Changes for the entire network (23,000 employees).
