Program Control Services North America Lead: Responsible for launching and leading Program Control Services practice for North American SI&T and Outsourcing clients.Initialized a North American PCS practice in May, 2007, at which time there were zero resources and zero N.A. Accenture projects using the capability. By September, 2008, PCS had delivered work to over 80 North American Projects and teams. PCS grew to over 70 resources, and were providing shared service PMO functions from 4 Delivery Center locations in North America, Europe, and Asia. In our first year, PCS was able to publish success stories for a number of clients. I was responsible for a team of 7 U.S. based consulting resources and a larger number of resources in our Delivery Center network. U.S. based consulting resources operated at a 68% annual chargeability rate.

Responsible for the Deployment & roll out of a new Distributor Portal for MillerCoors products. The Distributor Portal "Drive" integrates data from SAP ECC, APO Demand Planning and Supply Chain Management for distributors to forecast, view shipments, target inventory and orders. The value the program will deliver is one integrated supply chain for MillerCoors, integrating processes, people and systems.

Jason worked as Cutover Manager for Wave 2 implementation including Technical & Business Cutover. SAP was deployed to 70 sites, 2,500 users in the U.S. & Canada. Learning from Wave 1 implementation, Jason partnered with four business units to define cutover blackout strategies, mitigate deployment risks, and to build & execute a 12,000 row Cutover Work Plan. Jason helped to lead the Command Center during global status calls for updates on Go-Live status and SAP incident resolution. Jason was a leader during the program’s first Technical Go Live, promoting Wave 2 code to Wave 1 business units and corporate functions.

Jason was the Deployment team's Senior Project Manager for a team that grew to 175 members during Wave 2. Deployment consisted of Data, Change Management, Deployed Process & Application, and Wave Leadership. Jason was responsible for deployment checkpoints & phase "stage" gates, throughout Deployment, from Local Design, Test, Go-Live, and transition to production support. As senior project manager, Jason was also responsible for team financials of ~$25Mil, change control, Deployment work plan, resource management, and Cut-over support.

Global Deployment, Cutover, and Go-Live - Managed two analysts on Cutover team that was responsible for implementing 12,000 line global "cutover/go-live" plan. - The Cutover team responsible for leading the cut off of transactions in Legacy Systems and the ramp of Accenture's business on SAP. - Developed cutover approach and Gantt timeline for 3 overlapping mock cutover rehearsals in compressed 30 week time-schedule- Defined the Cutover Tools and Command Center Management strategy. - Led a team that implemented and tailored MS Project Server as the project's global workflow and metrics reporting tool. Additional technologies uses, web-based ASP pages for user login and data entry, SQL Server database. - Tools were implemented to track cutover tasks from over 500 end-users across multiple countries.

Project: The Maximizing Financial Performance (MFP) Fundamentals project was the large-scale, multi-year effort to deploy SAP technology that will support the future Finance operating model. The MFP program scope includes, for all 53 countries in which Accenture operates, simplifying processes, implementing an integrated financial accounting system and managing the significant change aspects associated with the transformation program. The Program will redesign process and organizational components, implement supporting technology (SAP) and deploy key performance measures for Accenture's Accounting principles and processes. Changes will be implemented around a new Financial Organizational Model to support the implementation of components from SAP R/3, mySAP.com and Business Warehouse (Data Warehouse). Role: I was a Data Conversion Architect for the Financial Reporting work stream. I was responsible for four business critical Financial Reports: Accenture's Revenue, Controllable Income, Economic Value Added, and Attrition. 1. Responsible for Functional Designs including Business Requirements, Process Flow Diagrams, Field Mapping Documents, Contingency Procedures, Business Sign-Off. 2. Responsible for Technical Designs. Gained skills in Business Warehouse, off-shore development & delivery, EAI SeeBeyond tool set, SQL Server, SQL queries,pseudo code, error handling, Legacy Systems.

Project: As a Business Analyst at Accenture I worked with Southwestern Bell Corporation on Technician of the Future (ToF) Merger Initiative implemented tools and processes designed to improve the productivity of SBC's Technician workforce. The largest project within the program was the GCAS custom systems implementation project. GCAS (Global Craft Access System) is a custom Java Application developed by Accenture and deployed across all SBC operating companies. GCAS has impacted approximately 30,000 field technicians. Throughout my duration on the GCAS project, I worked across the entire custom application development lifecycle, and extensively on Testing, Development, B/F, and Requirements. - Responsible for Product Test Planning, Test Scripting, Use Cases, User Acceptance, Test Validation, and Test Execution. - Performed application analysis, requirements verification, defect identification and clear communication of issues identified in the GCAS application and environment.
