By creating a more efficient process, this has enabled us to be more productive in finding the best people for TriMech. I developed and executed a recruiting plan that consistently grows my pipeline, for all our territories, year over year. With a proven track record, I have also demonstrated the ability to work well within a team environment or independently.-Increased the headcount of the company by hiring 21 new employees in 2014-Recruited and built the Lead Development Team in early 2014.-Recruited 25 positions within the company and managed the Lead Development Team to exceed sales goals in 2015.-Asked to be exclusive Corporate Recruiter for all internal positions in TriMech. Recruited and hired 25 people and was awarded Presidents Club for 2016. In 2017 I recruited and hired 31 people for the company and was awarded Presidents Club. -In 2018 I recruited and hired 42 people for the company.-In 2019 I recruited and hired 51 people for the company and was awarded Presidents Club.-2020 COVID year.
