Overseeing multifamily & student housing with 20 years of experience in renting & managing properties. Involved in value-add & repositioning in tertiary markets in and around London, Ont. hands-on experience with lease-up, unit renovations, rental income stabilization and cost controls while focusing on overall return. Also an owner of investment properties since 2002 with an understanding through the lense of an investor. Our company strives to be at the forefront of technology within the property management area and in turn has developed custom software in an effort to scale & streamline in what is otherwise a labour intensive sector using technology such as RPA (Robotic Process Automation).
